About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our team at No7 Beauty Company. As a key member of our B-Hive Creative Studio, you will be responsible for managing incoming briefs from internal and external clients, working closely with our creative and production teams to deliver high-quality projects across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in a marketing agency or related creative environment, with a strong understanding of numbers and ability to calculate cost and time estimates for clients. A degree-level education or apprenticeship/work in a similar field is also essential.

As a key client contact and face of the team on assigned projects, you will take the lead in client meetings, presentations, and approvals, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

With a salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience), this is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and organized individual to grow their career in the beauty industry.
