Early Years Apprenticeship Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Early Years Practitioner at Childbase Partnership.

The successful candidate will have a natural ability to nurture and care for young children, with a strong interest in child development and learning.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working as part of a team to create and maintain safe and supportive learning environments
  • Planning and implementing opportunities to enhance children's development
  • Interacting positively with all nursery users and working in partnership with colleagues and parents
  • Adhering to nursery routines and policies

By the end of the apprenticeship, you will gain:

  • A NCFE CACHE Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner qualification
  • Level 2 functional skills qualifications in maths and English
  • A paediatric first aid qualification
  • A permanent contract as a qualified Nursery Nurse

Our early years apprenticeship offers a full-time role with a varied shift pattern, 'off the job' learning time, and a childcare trainer/assessor to guide and direct you.

You will also be rewarded with a range of benefits, including an hourly pay rate, a 'congratulations' payment, and access to Perkbox.

To be considered for this role, you must have documentation to evidence your right to work in the UK, ideally photographic ID, and access to a computer to undertake the initial on-line assessment and to submit on-going coursework.
