We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Longford Village near Heathrow Airport. As a highly skilled Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children.

About the Role
  • Plan and assess based on children's individual needs and support them in their development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, carers, and other multi-professionals.
Responsibilities
  1. Create engaging play experiences for children inside and outside the nursery.
  2. Care for and document children's progress through observations.
  3. Develop and implement activities tailored to your key children's needs.
  4. Provide personal care for the children and maintain accurate records of their daily activities.
  5. Share information with parents and participate in team meetings.
Requirements
  • Must possess an NVQ 2 or 3 in childcare and education.
  • Show genuine passion and interest in working with children.
  • Demonstrate teamwork skills and use initiative.
  • Be punctual and reliable.
  • Possess a valid DBS check and registration on the update service.
Experience
  • Prior experience in childcare: 1 year (preferred).
