Role Overview

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Childbase Partnership. As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and education to our children, working closely with the Nursery Manager to achieve our goals and objectives.

As a leader in our team, you'll be responsible for supporting the Nursery Manager in meeting targets related to occupancy, revenue, and staff retention. You'll also take on overall responsibility for the nursery in the manager's absence, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of quality care and education.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in early years education, holding a level three qualification or above and demonstrable experience in a leadership role in a nursery setting. You'll be passionate about inspiring and motivating our team to deliver exceptional outcomes for children, upholding exemplary customer care and promoting our company values.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold a level three early years qualification or above and have demonstrable experience in a leadership role in a nursery setting.
• Support the Nursery Manager in meeting targets related to occupancy, revenue, and staff retention.
• Take on overall responsibility for the nursery in the manager's absence, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of quality care and education.
• Uphold exemplary customer care, champion partnership working, and promote the company values at all times.
• Inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional outcomes for children, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Nursery Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
