About the Role

As a Senior Night Care Assistant at Crooton, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants and supporting the clinical team. You'll also provide individualized care and support to residents.

About You

To join our team, you'll need:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • A caring and compassionate approach
