Job Title: HR Business Partner - EMEA

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our EMEA employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Divisional HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and managers to ensure timely recruitment of high-calibre employees while effectively managing costs and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Work closely with HR Ops on new starts on-boarding, returner, and leaver processes to ensure an exceptional experience for employees.
  • Carry out exit interviews, report on findings and trends to support identifying commercial retention solutions.
  • Act as a consultant/coach/confidant to managers and support our leaders in identifying and proactively addressing performance and employee issues.
  • Manage Employee Relations activities to deliver the best possible outcomes for the organisation while working within employment legislation, policies, and practices.
  • Review and maintain HR policies and procedures as required by changing legislation or new business issues.
  • Support Divisional HRBPs in the execution of various projects such as restructuring, talent reviews, performance management, and organisational change.
  • Support the identification, creation, and implementation of people capability initiatives across the region.
  • Work closely with our Learning and Development team and facilitate activities where appropriate.
  • Support with the analysis of reward issues, performance ratings, and promotions.
  • Work with HR Operations, Payroll, and Finance as appropriate to ensure that regional operating rhythms are met and efficient.
