Job Summary

SRS Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly driven and ambitious Specification Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. As a Hospitality Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our client's high-quality, market-leading ranges of Floor Covering solutions to Architects, Interior Designers, Design & Build / Fit-Out companies, Procurement companies, Main Contractors, Specialist Subcontractors, and End User clients within the Hospitality & Leisure sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise our client's profile in the Hospitality & Leisure sector by expanding, growing, developing, and nurturing the existing customer base through strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Manage and develop accounts with key stakeholders across the sales channels.
  • Network and entertain clients and customers to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Embrace the Architecture and Design (A&D) Community in the region to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Grow Sales within agreed target markets: Hospitality & Leisure.
  • Grow and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues with professionalism and integrity on projects that are interconnected across the business.
  • Complete administration tasks on time to ensure accurate analysis reports can be prepared for use in measuring progress and forward planning.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be located within a reasonable commute to Central London and have an excellent working knowledge of the target sales channels and the inner workings of how to successfully manage a H&L construction project sales cycle from inception through to completion.
  • Candidates must have a sound network of relationships, connections, and understanding of the A&D, Fit-Out / D&B / Main / Subcontractor companies that operate in the area, especially within the Hospitality & Leisure arena.
  • Experience of long-term project selling cycles is essential.
  • Evidence of stability and success in similar previous roles is required.
  • Candidates must have a growth mindset and be a business development-driven field sales professional.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full driving license is required.
  • Computer literate (to include Excel) and proficient in using business software applications.
  • Entrepreneurial profile with a natural ability to network and build relationships at all levels.
