The successful candidate will be a key member of our quality assurance team, acting as a point of contact for the wider business. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate files and ensuring we meet the standards set by CQC.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and direction to Area Care Managers in relation to quality and compliance
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve quality and compliance
- Drive the Quality Agenda set by the Head of Quality
- Support Area Care Managers in internal quality assurance audits
- Initiate and manage processes for reviewing underperforming branches
- Ensure 'Best Practice' is shared throughout the region
About You:
To be successful in this role, you'll need previous experience in a quality or compliance role within the care sector. You'll also need to be self-motivated and passionate about person-centred care.
