About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Development Consultant to join our team at NFU Mutual. As a key member of our South East Regional team, you will be responsible for leading the compliance strategy and implementation of standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of Agents of NFU Mutual across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Essex to ensure sales of NFUM products and services meet the required quality and regulatory standards.
- Support and oversee new Agents to ensure initial training, monitoring, and sales support is provided.
- Analyse, proactively identify, report, and escalate common or systemic quality risks and issues to influence and support the shaping of national development solutions or risk mitigation action.
- Complete Agency Training & Competency audits to gain control assurance and ensure that any remedial actions are identified and agreed upon.
About You
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced individual with a strong attention to detail and ability to complete audits. You will have experience gained within sales or compliance and be keen to work towards qualifying for the ACII. You will also be prepared to travel on a weekly basis to our agency partner locations.
