About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Development Consultant to join our team at NFU Mutual. As a key member of our South East Regional team, you will play a crucial role in leading the compliance strategy and implementation of standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the performance of Agents of NFU Mutual across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Essex to ensure sales of NFUM products and services meet quality and regulatory standards.
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to promote best practice and minimize breaches and complaints.
  • Support and oversee new Agents to ensure initial training, monitoring, and sales support is provided.
  • Analyse and identify quality risks and issues, and develop solutions to mitigate these risks.
  • Complete Agency Training & Competency audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in General Insurance or Financial Services. You will have a proven track record of working in a regulated environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be ambitious and keen to work towards qualifying for the ACII qualification. You will also be prepared to travel on a weekly basis to our agency partner locations.
