About the Role

As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and direction to Area Care Managers in relation to quality and compliance. You will identify areas for improvement and drive the Quality Agenda set by the Head of Quality across the region/area.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a quality or compliance role within the care sector. You must be self-motivated and passionate about person-centred care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and direction to Area Care Managers in relation to quality and compliance
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality and compliance across the region
  • Drive the Quality Agenda set by the Head of Quality
  • Support Area Care Managers in internal quality assurance audits
  • Review underperforming branches and implement improvement plans
