Commercial Product Director

About the Role
FIDO Tech is revolutionizing the world by creating a future without water scarcity. As a Commercial Product Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward. Your expertise in organizing and developing product frameworks, evidencing and defining product improvements, and translating strategic business needs into product development will be instrumental in our success.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Develop and drive the product strategy to maximize the impact of our AI technology in the freshwater and water replenishment sectors.
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Clearly define market-winning features and benefits and ensure continuous improvement and evolution of products based on market feedback and data.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Build close working relationships throughout the company, including R&D, software development, commercial, and marketing to bring the voice of the customer to every step.
Customer Focus:
- Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and ensure our offerings address real-world problems.
- Work closely with software development, engineering, and training teams to ensure correct documentation and written material is available to support products, feeding directly through to marketing.
Sales Enablement:
- Equip the sales team with the knowledge, tools, and collateral they need to effectively sell the product. Provide ongoing support and training to ensure sales teams are fully prepared to communicate product value.
Requirements
Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in product strategy, product development, and commercial management.
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in the freshwater and water replenishment sectors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- £50,000+ depending on experience.
