Digital Experience Account Manager

The OpportunityWe're seeking an expert Account Manager to join our Digital Experience business based in London. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for retaining and expanding an existing customer base by building relationships with senior collaborators across Adobe, the customer, and our strategic partners.
What You'll Do- Develop and maintain strong, multi-threaded relationships with customers to drive executive alignment and thought leadership.
- Support customers from onboarding to value realization and renewal, owning the renewal cycle and collaborating with the ecosystem to complete contracts on time.
- Maintain an accurate forecast of attrition, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities over a rolling 4-quarter outlook.
- Qualify opportunities for expansion based on product usage or additional use cases for cross-sell.
- Leverage the ecosystem to develop and work towards common goals with various technology and solution partners, internal experts, and customer collaborators.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years in install base sales and/or customer success.
- Consistent record of success in sales, driving retention and expansion of a customer base.
- Experience in digital experience and e-commerce.
- Strong consulting skills and proven results working as a trusted advisor to surface business value and adoption for customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict to develop joint partnerships.
