Job Title: Career Opportunities in Vocational Qualifications

Ayrshire College seeks an experienced VQ Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our assessors' community, you will be responsible for assessing, verifying, and monitoring students working towards S/NVQ qualifications in the motor vehicle sector. This role requires a confident communicator who can develop strong partnerships with employers and provide mentoring support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and verify student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Communicate effectively with employers and learners

Requirements:
  • Educated to HNC/SVQ level 3/SCQF level 7 or equivalent
  • Experience in the motor vehicle sector
  • Possession of vocational qualification assessing skills

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
