Housing Disrepair Fee Earner

Talent Flow Partners is seeking a motivated and experienced Fee Earner to join our Housing Disrepair team in Liverpool City Centre.
About the Role- Progress your own caseload of Social Housing Disrepair claims, including Landlord & Tenant matters and Personal Injury Claims.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Demonstrate excellent drafting and advocacy skills to deliver high-quality results.
- Liaise with other professionals, such as surveyors and external counsel, to ensure seamless case management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments in the area of housing disrepair.
- Manage a caseload of claims, from inception to conclusion, with minimal supervision.
- Independently settle files and make decisions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Work to deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet departmental goals.
- Be proficient in using Proclaim or similar CMS, with training provided as needed.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- At least 24 months of experience handling a caseload of claims, including HDR, PI, RTA, and PCP.
- Experience in handling HDR files and dealing with Housing Disrepair issues is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
