Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solicitor to lead our Housing Disrepair and Litigation department as Head of Housing Disrepair. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of solicitors and providing expert advice on civil litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of solicitors in the Housing Disrepair and Litigation department
  • Provide expert advice on civil litigation matters, including housing disrepair and related issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law, and apply this knowledge to inform practice

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Solicitor in a similar role
  • Proven track record of managing a team and delivering results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong knowledge of civil litigation and housing disrepair law

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office
