Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety and have proven experience in a Health and Safety role in a manufacturing business, preferably from automotive, aerospace, chemical, industrial, or FMCG sectors.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective health and safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
  2. Lead projects from initial scoping through to completion, demonstrating strong project management skills.
  3. Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders, including operations, HR, and procurement teams.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
