Job Overview:

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in providing business requirements to the development team, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of project needs. This involves effective communication with all parties to manage expectations and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit business requirements through interviews, document analysis, and workshops.
  • Act as a conduit between the consumer community and the software development team.
  • Develop high-level project work plans and contribute to project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong project delivery, training, and support skills.
  • Ability to communicate at technical, business, and personal levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen, analytical, management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience providing detailed high-quality documentation.
