About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting personal sales and productivity goals, delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations, and representing Kate Spade to consumers as a brand ambassador. Key responsibilities include understanding how individual productivity impacts the store, behaving like a brand ambassador, and maintaining high energy on the sales floor.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have very good English proficiency, previous experience in a retail service environment, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff. A background in working in luxury retail is desirable but not essential. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location factors.
