**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive the growth of our luxury portfolio in the GB on-trade market. As a Senior Luxury Sales Director, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships with key retail customers.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive internal P&L delivery and external market share growth of our luxury portfolio in the region.
  • Partner with the Diageo Luxury Marketing team to activate our brands in outlets, driving talkability and availability.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key retail customers to deliver against distribution and execution targets.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record of managing multiple influential retail customers and building brand new opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of what is important to influential on-trade GB customers and the ability to use this insight to drive a clear and powerful commercial plan.
  • Finger on the pulse of what is happening on the ground in both on-trade and third-space venues, with brilliant relationships with key influencers in the industry.

**Benefits:**
