About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Creed in Flannels Leeds. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our luxury fragrance division and driving sales through exceptional customer service and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Provide guidance and training to Luxury Brand Ambassadors to ensure they have comprehensive knowledge of Creed fragrances.
  • Ensure impeccable visual merchandising standards in the retail space.
  • Maintain operational excellence, driving sales and profitability.

Sales Planning and Review:

  • Develop and implement a robust sales plan, setting financial targets and KPIs.
  • Review performance data to monitor departmental productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous retail sales management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • High attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in client/customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programmes.

Estimated Salary Range: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
