Job Description

As a Dementia Care Assistant Lead, you will be responsible for leading a small team across a wider area. This role requires someone with experience in caring for the older generation, particularly in a dementia setting.

You will carry out a variety of duties, including:

  • Personal care
  • Medication management
  • Cleaning duties
  • Dementia care
  • Deputising for the Lead Senior Support Worker
  • Uploading day-to-day details on care plans

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000 per annum, based on a 37-hour week and 52 weeks per year.
