Natta Building Company Ltd is a well-established business with over 50 years of experience delivering building and civil engineering projects across the southern half of the UK.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Document Management Specialist.

As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our document control systems, ensuring that all documents are accurately categorized, stored, and retrieved in a timely manner.

You will work closely with our project managers to set up and maintain archive filing systems, collate reports and registers, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders. In addition, you will provide exceptional customer service, respond to queries, and resolve issues efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The salary for this position is £29,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you will also receive 25 days annual paid holiday plus bank holidays, opportunities for career advancement, and ongoing training and development support.
