BCP Council is committed to recruiting and developing outstanding social workers who can make a real difference in the lives of our children and young people. We are seeking an experienced social worker to join our MASH, Children and Families First, and PLO & Court teams.
**Competitive Salary and Package**
We offer a competitive salary of £40,882 - £43,420 per annum, including a contractual supplement, as well as 25 days annual leave (pro rata) and bank holidays. Our staff also have access to the local government pension scheme.
**Responsibilities**
You will work closely with colleagues to assess and manage complex cases, using your skills in analysis and risk assessment to inform decision-making. This role requires a strong commitment to continuous professional development and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for children and families.
