Bespoke Tuition Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Bespoke Learning Support Professional to deliver tailored tuition packages on a 1:1 basis to young people with Special Educational Needs (SEND) who require additional support.

Our mission is to support children and young people with SEND, many of whom have been disengaged from their learning. We work with pupils who struggle to stay in the classroom, feel anxious about attending school, or whose needs are not adequately supported by their current educational environment.

The Opportunity
  • Create and plan bespoke lessons to bridge gaps in pupils' education and boost attainment levels.
  • Support and re-engage pupils in their learning, offering structure and continuing their educational development.
  • Work closely with our team to monitor progression with each pupil, submitting regular reports.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver tailored tuition packages to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEND.
  • Support pupils in developing their academic skills and confidence.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure effective communication and reporting.
Eligibility
  • Holding the right to work in the UK.
  • An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
  • Providing two professional child-related references.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
