Excell Supply Ltd is recruiting for passionate learning support professionals to work in primary and/or secondary schools in and around Cheshire West on a supply basis, with the potential opportunity for short and long term roles as well as day to day supply.

As an education assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students and enhance their learning experience. Your role will be to provide academic support, manage classroom activities, and develop relationships with students, teachers, and parents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons;
  • Providing individualized attention to students who require extra help;
  • Assisting with student assessments and evaluations;
  • Developing and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

**What We Offer:**
