Care UK is a leading provider of care services, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care. You will work closely with our care team to develop and implement care plans, and provide support and guidance to our care staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising your shift to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered
- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with our care team
- Providing support and guidance to our care staff to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver excellent care
- Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care
