Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support to our clinical teams, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist with reception duties, including answering phone calls and responding to queries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • GCSE Level or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Computer literacy skills to RSA2, NVQ 2 or equivalent.
