Kitchen Management Position

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery. As a Lead Cook, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day kitchen operations and implementing strategies to enhance the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Analyze kitchen performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a kitchen management role.
  • Proven track record of improving kitchen efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
