We are seeking a motivated and caring Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Avery Healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable provider of luxury elderly care homes.
About the JobAs a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents in a safe and inclusive environment. You will work closely with the care team to implement care plans and monitor resident wellbeing.
Responsibilities- Monitoring resident wellbeing and implementing care plans to ensure their needs are met.
- Participating in person-centered care planning and conducting monthly evaluations.
- Undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff development where required.
- Acting as a key point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
- At least 2 years' experience working in a similar care environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
The estimated salary for this role is £24,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
