Avery Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Personal Care Assistant to join our friendly, award-winning team. As a valued member of our care team, you will contribute to delivering high standards of personal care and ensuring continuity of services to residents.

About the Role

Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional personal care to our residents, assisting them with daily activities and promoting their independence. You will work closely with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a safe environment for residents.

You will be responsible for recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, escalating any identified risks in a timely manner. You will act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will practice safe systems of work, demonstrating initiative and being respectful towards residents and other people in the home. Effective communication and adaptability are essential for success in this role.

About You

To be successful in your application, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently under pressure. You should be respectful towards residents and colleagues alike, with a commitment to upholding Avery Healthcare Group's values: caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable.

A competitive salary of £22,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available. The role also includes a DBS Disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
