Job Overview

Average salary: £20,500 - £24,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)

As a Personal Care Professional at Avery Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high standards of personal care to our residents. Your focus will be on ensuring the continuity of services, working closely with the care team to provide optimum independence, dignity, and respect to individuals at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents in their personal hygiene care, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Recognise and understand clinical risk areas, such as weight loss, pressure sores, and infections, escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
  • Maintain safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
About You

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate initiative, respect towards residents and colleagues, and excellent communication skills. Experience is not required, as we offer a thorough induction and training programme.

  • Demonstrate initiative and adaptability.
  • Ability to carry out instructions from team members.
