Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Flex Force team at HC-One. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centered care to residents, respecting their individual needs and preferences
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, collaborating with the care team to develop and implement effective interventions
- Provide education and support to residents, families, and colleagues on various aspects of care and health
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration and PIN
- Experience in a care home or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care, with a focus on resident-centered practice
