Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at HC-One. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the ongoing needs of our residents are met.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration and PIN.
  • Relevant nursing qualifications and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
