Job Responsibilities

As a registered nurse at HC-One, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing person-centred care to our residents
  • Working collaboratively with multi-professional teams
  • Developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills
  • Mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues
  • Providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students

Person Specification

We're looking for registered nurses with:

  • A degree in nursing and NMC Pin qualification
  • Experience working in a care home environment
