We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse to join our team at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. As a District Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our patients in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care as part of a team, supporting the District Nurse in the delivery of an efficient and effective nursing service.
- Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate care while working autonomously as a lone worker.
- Travel throughout the locality in a timely manner, carrying equipment and staff with you.
- RN with current Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
- Generic pre-registration experience in a care environment.
- Understanding of community nursing.
