Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Flex Force team. As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to work in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with multi-professional teams to deliver person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.

Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration and PIN number.
  • Relevant nursing qualifications and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
