- Assume the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence.
- Drive commercial performance through sales and marketing initiatives.
- Deliver operational excellence through effective management of club operations.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Proven experience in a management position within a leisure-related industry.
- Passionate about customer service and inspirational leadership.
- Qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
- Experience in driving sales and coordinating local marketing activity.
- Ideal candidate will have experience as an Assistant Manager or Fitness Manager.
- JD Discount card at all JD affiliates.
- Annual Leave Scheme.
