Job Title: Regional Generator Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Generator Engineer to join our team at GAP Group LTD. As a Regional Generator Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient servicing and maintenance of our generator fleet across the North West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel across regional depots and customer sites to identify and repair faults or damage to equipment, including Stage V generators, AMF/MDU, and Distribution & Cable.
  • Accurately update service records and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Work effectively under pressure and demonstrate a customer-focussed approach to workload.
  • Collaborate with the regional team to achieve success and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Generator Engineer with a relevant mechanical qualification or time served.
  • Sound and current knowledge of Stage V engines and generators is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • A customer-focussed approach to workload and a committed team player.
  • A valid driving licence is essential.
