About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Clinical Lead to join our team at a purpose-built 60-bedded elderly and dementia nursing home in Solihull. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and engaging your team to deliver outstanding quality of personalised care and support to residents, enabling them to enjoy later life to the full.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Assist the Home/Deputy Manager with CQC audits, rota, recruitment, mentoring, appraisals, and other administrative tasks
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of the nursing home's policies and procedures
About You

We are looking for an experienced individual with a passion for adult social care and a track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage your team to deliver high-quality care.
