About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Regional Clinical Development Nurse. As a key member of our clinical governance team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the improvement of clinical standards and quality of care in our care homes across the West Midlands.

As a Clinical Governance Lead, you will work closely with our Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address any issues that arise. Your leadership skills, analytical mind, and ability to share knowledge and build relationships will enable you to deliver impressive results and make a real difference to the residents in our care.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration and a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. You will also need to have experience of working in a care home environment and be a confident clinical mentor, including with newly-qualified nurses.

As a Clinical Development and Quality Lead, you will have a strong track record of delivering clinical and quality improvements in a care home setting and be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and motivate a team.
