Clinical Lead - Elderly Care Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading health and social care provider to recruit a Clinical Lead for their elderly nursing home in Solihull.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior nurse to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nurses and care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents with age-related conditions and life-limiting health conditions.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.

Requirements:

  • A valid NMC registration with no limitations to practice.
  • At least 2 years' experience working in a senior position within an elderly care home.
  • Experience working in the elderly care sector within a clinical role.
