Job Title: Assistant Credit Controller

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Credit Controller to join our Financial Divisions team. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Director and Revenue team in the day-to-day revenue management of our group of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and track incoming payments on our internal systems
  2. Collaborate with the outsourcing service to ensure timely data exchange and postings
  3. Resolve and chase outstanding payments, ensuring prompt resolution
  4. Prepare and analyze month-end revenue reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  5. Provide client data and reports as requested by colleagues
  6. Support the Client Support Team in resolving income queries
  7. Provide management information from systems as required
  8. Maintain shared mailboxes and ensure departmental processes are compliant
  9. Deal with internal and external queries, providing accurate and timely responses
  10. Assist in the integration process for all transactions, including novation of agencies and data checking and transfers
  11. Ensure all internal processes meet company standards and compliance requirements
  12. Support audits and data checking for discrepancies
  13. Act as the Quality Controller for revenue data on the system
  14. Contribute to business growth and development through participation in projects and workgroups
  15. Participate in training and development activities as required by the business and line management
