Financial Controller Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Credit Controller to join our Financial Divisions team. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance Director and Revenue team in the day-to-day revenue management of our group of companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track incoming payments on our internal systems to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Liaise with our outsourcing service to provide them with the necessary data to complete all postings in a timely manner.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies with outstanding payments, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing delays.
- Prepare and analyze month-end revenue reports to provide valuable insights and support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Client Support Team to resolve income-related queries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide data and reports to colleagues as required, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Support the maintenance of all department shared mailboxes and ensure all internal processes are completed in line with company standards and compliance requirements.
- Deal with internal and external queries, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the integration process for all transactions, including novation of agencies and data checking and transfers.
- Ensure all financial records meet company standards and timelines, and assist with audits and checking for discrepancies in data.
- Act as the Quality Controller for revenue data on our system, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Contribute to business growth and development through participation in projects and workgroups, and maintain training and development activities as required by the business and set by line management.
