About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Programming Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging learning experiences for visitors of all ages, working closely with our programming and participation team to develop and implement innovative programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver learning experiences for schools, home education groups, and other learning providers
  • Coordinate and deliver baseline programming for visitors during weekends and school holidays
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inclusive and accessible programming
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and champion best practice approaches to safeguarding
  • Support the wider operational team during open days
