About the Role:

The Cambian Group is seeking a compassionate and caring Team Leader to join our Residential Children's Team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and providing invaluable support to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of support workers to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
  • Assisting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose.
  • Providing supervision and support to colleagues to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Meeting the needs of our children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading a team in Residential Care.
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
  • Ability to work on a rota basis, including sleep ins.
  • Full UK driving licence.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.40 - £14.22.
  • £30 sleep in rate.
