Job Summary:

This is a dynamic leadership role where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential care homes. As a Children's Residential Team Leader, you will work closely with the Home Management team to achieve and maintain an OFSTED rating of good or outstanding. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the home adheres to our in-house therapeutic model, providing support and direction to staff, and managing the day-to-day operations of the home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential care home
• Work closely with the Home Management team to achieve and maintain an OFSTED rating of good or outstanding
• Ensure the home adheres to our in-house therapeutic model
• Provide support and direction to staff
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the home

Requirements:

• Level 4 diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or willingness to achieve)
• Ability to work towards a Level 5 in Leadership and Management
• In-house Therapeutic training provided by our Clinical Team
• Training in safeguarding, first aid, food hygiene, GDPR, and health & safety
