  • Care Delivery: Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and they feel safe and supported.
  • Medication Management: Administer medication to residents when required and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support other care staff on your shift, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that care is delivered to the highest standards, promoting quality and excellence in everything you do.
">Requirements">
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Senior Carer or similar role in a care home setting.
  • Qualifications: Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Training: Must be trained in medication administration.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality care.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £30,000-£33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
