  • Lead the Trade Waste Operations Teams, focusing on maximizing sales and driving business development through strong leadership and strategic planning.
  • Oversee the operational budget and resources, prioritizing cost-effective approaches that support business growth and expansion.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to sales and operational efficiency, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to establish and maintain systems within the company's Integrated Management System, enabling effective measurement and reporting of operational issues, opportunities, and achievements.
  • Stay informed of market trends and the competitive landscape to guide strategic decisions and identify potential growth areas.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar position within the waste management sector or similar industry.
  • Strong background in business development and sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Degree/Foundation degree/HND in Engineering or a related field.
  • WAMITAB COTC (level 4) is preferred.
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and business development.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
