Tony Gee and Partners is seeking a skilled Project Planner to join their Highways department in Esher. This role offers a chance to work on a diverse range of projects across the Highways, Rail, and Energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage integrated project programmes to meet internal and external reporting deadlines.
- Correlate schedule, cost, and risk assessments to inform critical path analysis.
- Lead scenario planning to resolve programme conflicts and recoveries.
- Integrate scheduling processes across projects within the area of work.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain programme schedules and manage schedule interfaces.
- Support contractor requirements with the Planning Manager and/or Project Controls Manager.
- Capture and communicate best practice project planning policy, processes, and procedures.
- Provide programme structure and software training to Project Managers and engineering staff.
- Engineering or Construction Management degree or equivalent.
- Desirable: Qualified project/programme manager with a strong track record in planning and programme management.
- Accredited training in P6 Primavera, NEC3 and NEC4 Contract competence, and strong Excel, project, and PowerPoint skills.
- Understanding of National Highways Programme Management Handbook, Standards, and Procedures Experience.
